1 General Terms & Conditions

Km8 is an international-standard online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the km8 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By using the km8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using km8.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on km8:

• You must be at least 18 Years must be.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you are located.
• Only one account per person is allowed One Account Approved.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Km8 reserves the right to approve or reject any registration application. For KYC purposes, km8 may request additional documents at any time — such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact km8 Support immediately.

3 Deposit Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits made on km8:

• Deposits are accepted from Mobile Banking, Nagad & Rocketvia.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name for all deposits.
• Deposits made using another person's mobile banking account may be cancelled.
• Km8 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

If a deposit fails or does not reflect in your account, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number. If km8 identifies a suspicious or fraudulent transaction, the deposit may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from km8:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours is completed within.
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not completed.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is set by km8 and is subject to change.

Km8 may request additional documentation to verify withdrawal requests. km8 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

All km8 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the full terms of any offer before claiming a bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit, typically up to 100%. Wagering requirements are stated alongside the bonus offer.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a specified bet amount (typically 10–30 times the bonus value).
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.

Km8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the relevant account's bonuses and deposited funds may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games on km8 is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is independently audited and certified by international regulators on a regular basis.

• All bet results are final. Bets will not be voided except in the case of a technical error.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on our servers.
• For Sports Betting, official results are final.
• Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Km8 reserves the right to investigate and review any game or bet that appears irregular.

If you experience any technical issues during a game, contact support immediately. Save screenshots or any other evidence that may help with the investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Strategic misuse of bonuses for personal gain (bonus hunting/arbitrage).
• Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Filing a chargeback or fraudulent claim against km8.
• Operating an account on behalf of or as a proxy for another person.

If such activity is detected, km8 reserves the right to report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

Km8 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You may temporarily or permanently suspend your account at any time if needed.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Km8 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

Where possible, km8 will attempt to notify the user before closing their account. However, in cases of fraud or serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. Any verified balance will be returned subject to review.

11 Limitation of Liability

Km8 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of internet connection or a technical fault with your device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events.
• If you personally disclose your account password or login details.
• Any financial losses arising from gaming.

Km8 is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service. However, temporary disruptions may occasionally occur due to technical constraints. In such cases, km8 will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

12 Right to Amend & Legal Jurisdiction

Km8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, game rules, bonus offers, or the terms of any service at any time. The effective date of any changes will be noted on this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant international gaming licensing authority. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration proceedings will follow.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. km8's failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
